Here we have a unit with a shattered touchscreen and a damaged overlay. These will be replaced with new, as we have them in stock. In addition, we stock power supply’s, backlights and other components that can help in shortening repair lead times. We also repair damaged keypads and controls.
We troubleshoot your unit quickly, by powering it up to find any issues internally. First, we do a complete wash and bake of the unit to eliminate all contaminates. Then, all internal circuit boards are inspected and common failure, out of spec, or aged components such as resisters and caps are replaced along with the backlights.
Finally, we install the new touchscreen; and apply the overlay, to bring your unit back to like-new condition.
Quickpanel applications can be moved from one unit onto another, when necessary.
Your QuickPanel is re-assembled then powered up and put through final testing to finish the repair process.
