Welcome to Repair Zone!

Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by Repair Zone, located at 615 Andre St, Bay City, MI 48706, United States.

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Warranty & Return Policy

Repair Zone’s remanufactured and surplus equipment is guaranteed to be in working condition and is warranted for a stated period of time (up to 1 year), except ‘As Is’ items. All warranties are issued by Repair Zone and not the manufacturer. If the unit is found defective within the warranty period from the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. All products sold by Repair Zone are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for the stated warranty period from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall issue a credit to our customer in the amount equal to the sum you paid us for it. Any shipping charges that occur shall be the responsibility of the customer. Repair Zone is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.  In no event shall Repair Zone be liable for any damages except actual damages up to but not exceeding the amount paid to Repair Zone for the repaired, exchanged, remanufactured, new surplus, as-is, or new good.  In addition, Repair Zone shall not be liable for any special damages imcluding consequential damages, incidental damages, lost profits, or lost revenue.    

Warranty Voided

Warranties are void if "warranty" seal is damaged or removed, and/or if the item comes back altered in any way. In addition, warranties are void if the serial number is not consistent with the information on file.

Repair Zone Non-Warranty Return Policy

If the customer is dissatisfied with a product from Repair Zone it may be returned within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. ‘As-Is’ items are sold as-is and not subject to any returns. We do not accept returns of discounted new surplus based on the cosmetic condition of the product. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a copy of the delivery ticket.

Payment Policy for Repairs

Payment must be received within 15 days after repair is completed or the item becomes property of Repair Zone.


Return of Unrepaired Items

Items that are not approved for repair are subject to $150 evaluation fee.
