Fanuc Spindle Amplifier Repair

If you have isolated your issue to your Fanuc Spindle Amplifier, send it in to Repair Zone for a full-service repair, and preventative replacement.

That’s right, because we do more than just fix the problem, we perform preventive maintenance to ward off future issues and give your amplifier increased uptime. We often see the 6078, the 6100, and the 6088 series amplifiers like this A06B-6088-H226 unit. The Alpha Ai series are also repaired here.
First off, we connect your unit to our Fanuc test fixture to verify the fault you are having. Next, the unit is disassembled ^PAUSE^ and given a thorough visual inspection. It is then taken to the cleaning room for a wash down and decontamination. The unit will be baked over night to eliminate moisture.
Any board repairs include:
• Touching up solder traces
• Replacing all bad or worn components, like resistors, IGBT’s, diodes, and capacitors
• In addition, components that we have identified as problematic and replacing them during our preventative maintenance process.

Every repair is subjected to dynamic function tests and full run testing in a machine-simulated loop to verify successful repair. Sealers and conformal coatings are re-applied as needed with each repair restoring it back to the original OEM specifications, to our ‘higher’ remanufactured state, and backed by a 1 year warranty.

Finally, your amplifier is custom boxed and shipped back to you in near new condition. So whether it’s your Fanuc amplifier, servo motor or power supply that is causing your machine to stop running, next time give Repair Zone a call.
