We Will Drive it There Ourselves!

We got a call before 8am on a Thursday from a Callies Performance, an automotive parts company in central Ohio. They had an emergency to solve; they needed a Fanuc Servo-Spindle motor that we had that they found doing an internet search. We had the motor stored but it was just purchased and was not ready. So our servo motor repair team got together and did a full remanufacture on it, including a run-test. They completed it in 3 hours! We also found that the fastest way to get the Fanuc servo motor to their facility was for us to drive it down there ourselves. So we did. It was delivered at 4:30 that day and installed by 5:30. For our efforts to meet the customer and exceed their expectations, they sent us theirs for repair.
