GOOD NEWS! A REPAIR WAS NOT NEEDED, NO FAULTS FOUND!

    Early in 2012, on the first day back from the holidays, an Automotive customer from an engine manufacturer contacted us and said they needed an Indramat HVE4.2 drive repaired immediately. So we sent a driver to pick it up and bring it back to check it out. We plugged it in to the model specific, Indramat test stand, which simulates the environment from which it came. We ran it for 3.5 hours and NO FAULTS were found on the unit. So, we sent it back to the customer right away.

    Knowing this, the customer can narrow down to what the real issue they are having. So, sometimes a repair is not necessary. For us, what it comes down to is, we want to find a solution for our customer. Later, the customer commented on being happy with the prompt service and quick turnaround, and how it helped them to determine what the problem was.
