"Just by first impressions, it seems as though Repair Zone knows what you're doing. My company is based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. But regardless of my location versus yours, I'm sure you will be hearing a lot more from me. Thank you for your assistance. Have a great weekend."

New Servo Motor Repair Lab at Repair Zone

New Servo Motor Repair Lab at Repair Zone

By Jade York
A couple of years ago, it became clear that we needed a separate, larger space, for our servo repair technicians to operate and to continue to successfully repair servo motors. When one of our awaited storage programs ended, we knew it was time to act.

The new servo motor lab was completed in less than 6 weeks.  The nearly 2000 sq. foot facility was transformed from an existing warehouse into a well-lit, spacious room with high ceilings and lined with large windows, to let the sunshine in. It is equipped with a new Econoline sandblaster, new paint booth, 1/2 ton lifting capacity, a newly finished floor, and 70 test carts. Everyone agrees that it turned out beyond our expectations.

Through the last 30 years, we have repaired over 10,000 AC servo motors, DC servo motors, and servo-spindle motors.  We have serviced more than 2,712 Fanuc motors, 1,535 Allen Bradley, and 1,491 Indramat motors to date!

Now, with this new lab in place, along with our winding department and full machining center, we will continue to successfully repair Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Indramat, Siemens, Yaskawa and many other servo motor brands at a much higher capacity.
