We carry a large surplus inventory of servo motors, new and remanufactured, by major name brands such as, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Modicon, Indramat, Reliance, Siemens, Yaskawa, and more.  This helps us to offer an exchange program .  All servo motor repairs are performed in house and come with a 1 year warranty.  We carry over 5000 servo motors in stock! 

A Remanufactured Servo Motor is as good as new but costs much less!

To rebuild a motor, it goes through several tests to determine the process to get the motor remanufactured to factory specs:

• Shaft and endbell mechanical tolerance verification
• Stator winding integrity check via resistance, megger, and surge testing
• Independent torque testing of all brake assemblies
• Verification that each feedback device (resolver, encoder, Hall Sensor, tachometer, etc.) is aligned and working properly
• Detailed mechanical tolerance checks
• Complete electrical winding evaluation
• In-house Machine Shop
• In-house Winding Department
• Rebuilt by a factory-trained technician

After all necessary work is performed; the unit is assembled and tested on the applicable manufacturer’s servo drive/amplifier.  Load testing is optional and performed to the manufacturer’s torque/speed curve, typically at three different speeds.  When you receive one of our remanufactured motors, you will be amazed at how good it looks and how well it performs.
