To Exchange an item on Repairzone.com:

1. First, you must register as a new  user, click on Register, or Log-in if you are an existing customer.
2. Type model number of your item into the product search bar and Go!
3. Scroll down to the Exchange category and click- Buy Now!
4. Click onto Proceed to Checkout.
5. Click again onto Proceed to Checkout.
6. Fill out shipping information.
7. Fill out billing information.
8. Select the shipping option you prefer.  Then, enter coupon code, if applicable.
9. Click on Place Your Order.
10. We will E-mail you acknowledging receipt of your order.
11. Your contract to purchase an item will be completed when we send you an E-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped.
