RepairZone offers complete repair of Gaging equipment; Here are a few methods we use when repairing the following gaging, for example:

 TRANSDUCER PENCIL PROBES- where the frontend is removed, cleaned, tested for repeatability and the output tested;

 GAGE HEADS- incoming testing is performed, the unit is then completely disassembled and cleaned, an inspection of all parts and components, testing of all electrical coils and wiring, reassembled to manufacturer's specs, 100 cycle repeatability test is performed and certified, and finally adjusted to either the manufacturer or customer specs

GAGE AMPLIFIER/CONTROLLERS and COLUMNS- incoming testing is done first, it is disassembled and inspected, repair of the mother board and other defects, and then tested for functionality; Our technicians have repaired over 1000 Gaging units.
