We bought a drive from you that worked for a month. Then, it quit working. You guys sent us a new drive the next day and I shipped you back the faulty unit for you to repair for your inventory. I am more than happy with your warranty exchange service and how quickly you were able to help us out. That is what I call a hassle-free warranty. Way to go!!

NO DOWNTIME!
"RepairZone saved us from excessive downtime. Our machine was running, but not at optimal speed. (OEM)Fanuc lead time was outrageous. The drive you sent us is running strong. Thanks!"

York Saves Aggregate Plant
I received a call from Barry Gooding at 8:30pm on 12/22. He was looking for a 250HP motor and wanted to see what we had in stock. We had a motor from another customers inventory that fit the description. We were able to dispatch a driver to transport, and after nearly a 3 1/2 hour drive, we were able to get the unit to them by 1:30am on 12/23. I contacted Barney Ingalls to follow up with the service and he was very pleased we were able to get them out of trouble. "We were back up and running by 5:15 am on 12/23. Huge kudos to York and the driver(Don Maxon) that made the run. Many, many thanks!"

Bay City Shovels back up and running in 24 hours
We got a call from a local company, Bay City Shovels, late in the day on 10/26. They needed an emergency repair done on a special Fanuc DC spindle motor. Our techs received the motor and immediately disassembled and took the necessary data to assess and perform the proper repair. Our techs found and completed the following:
Cut & undercut the commutator, machine & repair end bell, rebuild auxiliary cooling fan, replace bearings and brushes with new, assemble and test, and return to customer 18 hours later. Today, we followed-up with Jenny at Bay City Shovels, and she said, “We are so grateful, as always you guys are great and your service is A-1. Thanks for dropping it off to us, thank-you, thank-you, and thank-you!” Another customer saved, and in our own backyard is extra special!

Meat Slicing Machine Down! No Problem- RepairZone comes to the rescue!
On Oct. 27th, we received a call from Bill Korleski, owner of Mary Ann’s Specialty Foods in Webster City, Iowa, a medium-sized, family owned business. Bill found us through a Google web search. He needed a special Reliance servo motor, which we had in stock. We had to change the encoder and quickly test it so we could ship it UPS Red next day air. Mary Ann’s Specialty Foods Inc. is a processor of naturally smoked pork, beef, and chicken and turkey products. They are also the producer of the famous Kor-Bert brand ham. They needed this motor on their meat slicing machine, which stopped production. We got it to them early the next morning and got them back up and running! For our efforts, they called the next day and are sending us a motor to repair! Here’s to the beginning of another great working relationship with a great American family-owned business!
