With over 20 years experience in AC Servo Motor Repair and 30 years in DC Servo Motor Repair, RepairZone offers high quality repairs to our customers. In our 80,000 square foot facility, we carry a large surplus parts inventory and a large 'in stock' inventory of new parts for major name brands such as, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Indramat, Siemens and more. This helps us to offer same day turnaround on many of our repairs. All repairs are performed in house and come with a 1 year warranty. We carry over 5000 servo motors in stock! New, Remanufactured, and Exchange units available.
RepairZone has been in the motor repair business for over 40 years. Our Servo Motor Repair Division is a natural extension of this experience and knowledge. We have serviced over 100 brands of servo motors in the 20+ years we have been doing it.
Our procedures require that all major components making up the servo motor are independently tested upon motor disassembly. You can be assured that your motor will receive:
- Shaft and endbell mechanical tolerance verification
- Stator winding integrity check via resistance, megger, and surge testing
- Independent torque testing of all brake assemblies
- Verification that each feedback device (resolver, encoder, Hall Sensor, tachometer, etc.) is working properly
- Detailed mechanical tolerance checks
- Complete electrical winding evaluation
- In-house machine shop and winding department
- After all necessary repair work is performed, the unit is assembled and final run tested on the manufacturer's servo amplifier. Load testing is optional and performed to match the manufacturer's torque/speed curve at a minimum of 3 different run speeds.
