When it comes to our exchange program, a couple of things come to mind.  First, a customer can save even more money when they trade their bad part for one of our remanufactured or new surplus units.  Secondly, as our exchange inventory grows, we can save our customers a lot of downtime by having their part on our shelf, ready to go.  By keeping track of the purchasing patterns of our customers, we can anticipate our customers future needs and determine what stock items we replenish and carry on our shelves. 

 To Exchange an item on RepairZone.com

First, register as a new user, click on Register, or Log-in if you are an existing customer.

1. Type model number of your item into the product search bar and Go!
2. Scroll down to the Exchange category and click- Buy Now!
3. Click onto Proceed to Checkout.
4. Click again onto Proceed to Checkout.
5. Fill out shipping information.
6. Fill out billing information.
7. Select the shipping option you prefer.  Then, enter coupon code, if applicable.
8. Click on Place Your Order.
9. We will E-mail you acknowledging receipt of your order.
10. Your contract to purchase an item will be completed when we send you an E-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped.
11. Ship your Exchange item to:
