RepairZone Warranty Return Policy
RepairZone’s remanufactured and surplus equipment is guaranteed to be in working condition and is warranted for a stated period of time (up to 1 year), except ‘As Is’ items. All warranties are issued by RepairZone and not the manufacturer and will be honored by RepairZone. If the unit is found defective within the warranty period from the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. (If you need to make a warranty return, you must fill out an RGA prior to any return. You will then be contacted by a RepairZone customer service representative). All products sold by RepairZone are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for the stated warranty period from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall issue a credit to our customer in the amount equal to the sum you paid us for it. Any shipping charges that occur shall be the responsibility of the customer. RepairZone is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.
RepairZone Non-Warranty Return Policy
If the customer is dissatisfied with a product from RepairZone it may be returned within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. (If you need to make a non-warranty return claim you must fill out an RGA prior to any return; A RepairZone customer service representative will then contact you). ‘As-Is’ items are sold as-is and not subject to any returns. We do not accept returns of discounted new surplus based on the cosmetic condition of the product. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a copy of the filled-out RGA.
Payment Policy for Repairs:
Payment must be received within 15 days after repair is completed or becomes property of RepairZone.
